Sunday, 30 July 2023 Today’s Word of Hope:He shall never permit the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22B (NKJV) Dear Child of God,* The blood of Jesus has made you righteous, and this is a reminder that God will never abandon you.* You can experience His sustaining power and peace when you face difficulties.* You will not be moved. In the book of Daniel, we read how this righteous man endured severe opposition and peril because of his unwavering confidence in God. When jealous officials sought to destroy Daniel, they manipulated King Darius into signing a decree that prohibited anyone from praying to any god or man except the king for thirty days. Despite the threat of being thrown into the lions’ den, Daniel refused to compromise his devotion to God. He continued to pray three times a day, facing Jerusalem as he had always done. As a result, Daniel was indeed thrown into the lions’ den, but God’s hand was upon him. He sent His angel to protect Daniel by shutting the mouths of the lions. * The story of Daniel shows us that when we remain faithful to God, even in the midst of adversity, He will never allow us, the righteous, to be destroyed.* Just as He protected Daniel, He will deliver you, too, from all your oppressions.* Continue to remain faithful to God.* You will be more than a conqueror. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me live a righteous life and keep me secure under your hands. Amen.
GOD WILL NEVER PERMIT THE RIGHTEOUS TO BE MOVED.
