WHATEVER YOU DO, DO IT WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AS IF YOU WERE...

“lossians 3:23 (NIV): * This verse emphasizes the significance of doing things wholeheartedly.* It is impossible to apply our whole heart unless we are excited about our objectives.* When we are enthusiastic about our work, it transforms it from a chore to a joyous service that respects God. The story of the widow at the temple offering everything she had is a fantastic example of being enthusiastic about serving God. She offered two little pennies, which were extremely valuable in her situation. Although her contribution was negligible compared to the larger offerings of others, it was offered with sincerity, demonstrating her commitment to God. Unlike many who donated simply to be seen, the widow's joyful sacrifice reflected her true love and faith in God's provision. * The Holy Bible states that man looks at the face, but God looks at the heart.* Analyze the genuineness of your involvement or the intention behind your giving or offering help to others.* If the intention does not match the expectations of God, then the whole action will end up as hypocritical. * The widow's offering shows us that the heart behind a task or gift is more important than the size of the task or gift.* Do not do anything only for the purpose of doing it or for the sake of your name and fame. Instead, make your motives genuine and pleasing to God. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me to be genuine in my intentions behind the work or offer of help. Amen”
