“Proverbs 2:6 (NIV) God is the source of all wisdom and understanding. Unfortunately, most problems come from misunderstandings or incorrect understandings. A leader must have the ability to understand people, their circumstances, and their difficulties. 1. Are you an understanding person?2. Are you insensitive to the problems and difficulties that others face?3. How empathetic are you to your coworkers, friends, and family? Ask God for the gift of understanding. This will help you in problem-solving and developing unique solutions and strategies for your workplace, ministry, and family. Understanding helps one see things from other people's points of view and understand their motivations. You can also grasp the big picture and appreciate the underlying ideas at stake. This enables you to make good decisions and act lovingly and kindly. Throughout his lifetime as a human, Jesus repeatedly emphasized the profound value of understanding. # Exhibit compassion and understanding when confronted with the difficulties and challenges of those around you.# By doing so, you will help them see and experience the depth of God's love. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me be a person of understanding and compassion. Amen”
