Monday, 6 November 2023 Today’s Word of Hope:Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock. Matthew 7:24 (NLT) A wise person is someone who can apply their wisdom and experience to make good decisions and judgments. They can also see the big picture and understand the long-term consequences of their actions. Getting wisdom is not enough. We should use our wisdom and understanding to help others and bless them. Being a person of wisdom is the key to being a blessing for others. Wisdom is required to provide prudent advice at the appropriate moment, direct others in the right direction, and devise suitable strategies and resolutions for the challenges faced by communities, families, and individuals. Being sensible in our actions and relationships all come under the area of classifying someone as wise. A wise individual will see through the enemy’s evil schemes and avoid the trap. How do you be a wise person? # A person becomes wise by listening to Jesus and following His instructions because the Holy Spirit constantly guides him.# The most important thing to note here is the commitment to follow the instructions of Jesus.# Being wise requires a high level of obedience to Jesus. So,# Come to Jesus with a humble heart.# Connect with Him and start learning from Him with a deep commitment to follow His teachings.# His words are life-giving, dynamic, and powerful.# They will transform your personality and make you a wise person. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me follow your teachings sincerely and be wise in everything I do. Amen.
