Proverbs 1:5 (NLT) Listening is a crucial characteristic for everyone, especially those in leadership. Unfortunately, most of us are quick to speak but slow to listen. Even in a closed conversation, people often ignore listening to others and focus only on sharing their thoughts and ideas. # Are you a good listener?# If not, start cultivating this habit.# Prioritize listening over speaking your thoughts.# Train yourself to listen carefully, assimilate others’ ideas, analyze, and speak. # If you do so, you will succeed in your responsibilities and making friends.# When you listen properly, you will be able to understand the pain and difficulties of others.# Listening helps you take appropriate actions to solve many problems and build relationships.# Above all, listening to God and His direction by patiently spending time in His presence will make you successful in everything you do. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me cultivate listening over speaking. Let me be sensitive to your guidance and committed to following it all through my life. Amen.
