HATE WHAT IS WRONG.

“Romans 12:9 (NLT) We can read about Jesus cleansing the temple in Jerusalem in Matthew's Gospel. It was Passover, and people had come from all over to pray at the temple. Instead of finding a house of prayer, Jesus discovered that the temple had been converted into a market, with merchants selling animals for sacrifice and money changers benefiting from currency exchange. When Jesus saw this abuse of the temple, he was overwhelmed with righteous fury. He chased out the merchants and overturned the tables. * Jesus showed how to be strong against the wrong things.* He set an example for us to follow, reminding us to prioritize genuine worship and reverence for God above all else.* The Bible says that you are the temple of the Holy God. * It is your utmost responsibility to maintain the sanctity of this temple and ensure that regular praise and adoration are being offered from your inner self.* Both God and this world expect us to be authentic in our faith in Jesus.* Let us not live a fake life.* God is against all forms of hypocrisy.* Let us be genuine in showing His love to this world, live a holy life, and do what is right in God's eyes. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me be genuine and authentic in my faith life and be a powerful witness for you in this world. Amen”

Today's Reflection

Saturday, 5 August 2023 Today’s Word of Hope:Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. Romans 12:9 (NLT) We can read about Jesus cleansing the temple in Jerusalem in Matthew’s Gospel. * It is your utmost responsibility to maintain the sanctity of this temple and ensure that regular praise and adoration are being offered from your inner self.* Both God and this world expect us to be authentic in our faith in Jesus.* Let us not live a fake life.* God is against all forms of hypocrisy.* Let us be genuine in showing His love to this world, live a holy life, and do what is right in God’s eyes. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me be genuine and authentic in my faith life and be a powerful witness for you in this world. Amen.
