Thursday, 14 December 2023 Today’s Word of Hope:But as for me, I walk in my integrity; redeem me and be merciful to me. Psalm 26:11 (NIV) # Integrity can be described as being honest and trustworthy to oneself and God, even when no one is noticing. # When no one is watching over you, or you are alone, if you continue to be honest before God and follow His ways, that demonstrates your level of integrity. Most of us today have double standards in life. How we act in public and private reveals much about our true personality. We may appear as angels in front of our peers and colleagues. However, if we are unpleasant and unloving in our homes or with our families, it demonstrates that we lack integrity. We can talk about being truthful in public. However, if we are not honest with our spouse or parents about our finances or our relationships with others, it demonstrates that we are not people of integrity. # Analyze your workplace behavior in the presence of your boss and when you are left alone.# It is okay if you are the same in both instances. Otherwise, you should question your integrity. # When there is no one to enforce the law, rules, or regulations, whether at home or in public, it is okay if you continue to obey the rules and behave yourself. Otherwise, you need to question your integrity. # Walk with integrity.# In that way, you can show that you follow Jesus. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me be a person of integrity in all aspects of my life. Amen.
