Monday, 22 May 2023 Today’s Word of Hope:God has called us to live in peace. 1 Corinthians 7:15 (NIV) * Conflicts are always in the headlines, making people’s lives more stressful than ever.* Stress-related ailments are on the rise, and peace is becoming increasingly rare worldwide.* The mere contemplation of these facts makes our future appear frightening and uncertain. * But, amid all these uncertainties, Jesus provides us with hope.* He has promised us His peace and has urged us to live in peace.* Do you worry about things over which you have no control?* Worrying will do nothing but make your life miserable. * If you submit your life to Jesus and remain resolved to follow His instructions, He will take care of your future.* By entrusting your concerns to Jesus, you can experience His peace.* Allow Christ’s peace to dominate in your hearts and flow into the lives of others.* Be a peacemaker in your community and a witness to Jesus. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please give me your peace of mind and help me to enjoy my life without worrying about the future. Amen.
