Tuesday, 11 July 2023 Today’s Word of Hope:Let it be done for you as you have believed. Matthew 8:13 (ESV) Jesus uttered these words to a Roman centurion who came to Him, seeking healing for his servant. The centurion was not a Jew. But he approached Jesus, acknowledging his unworthiness and requesting healing for his servant. He displayed remarkable faith, expressing his conviction that Jesus could heal his servant with just a word. Jesus was impressed by the centurion’s faith and healed his servant instantly, even without going to his home. * Examine your faith life using this story.* How much faith do you have in Jesus?* Do your inner beliefs, your words or confession, and your actions align?* Without faith, no one pleases God, says the Holy Bible. * It is important to note that faith is an intimate trust and reliance on Jesus, knowing that His plans and purposes are perfect.* It is aligning your will with His and surrendering to His divine wisdom and timing.* When you believe in Him and His promises, you will be able to experience His grace, provision, and guidance.* Just as the centurion’s faith brought healing to his servant, your faith can bring forth God’s purposes and blessings in others lives too. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me to be strong in my faith in you and to enjoy your blessings in all areas of my life. Amen.
