Isaiah 40:31 (NIV) In this fast-paced and competitive world, it’s easy to feel worn out and depleted. However, it’s crucial to prioritize our mental and physical well-being to ensure ongoing productivity, no matter how tough things get. If you’re struggling to keep going, turn to God, the boundless source of strength. Take time for yourself and some exclusive time to be with God in a calm and quiet place. Even if you don’t end up doing anything active, it is okay. Quietening your heart and spirit will do a lot of good for your mental health and will also enable you to hear His still voice. You will see yourself rejuvenated in your spirit, and you can soar like eagles. Prayer: Lord Jesus, rejuvenate me with supernatural strength. Amen.
