Thursday, 21 December 2023 Today’s Word of Hope:By your loyal love, you will lead the people whom you have redeemed; you will guide them by your strength to your holy dwelling place. Exodus 15:13 (NET) God’s love is referred to as loyal love in this version of the Bible. The Hebrew word for “loyal love” is “hesed,” which can also be translated as “kindness,” “covenant love,” or “steadfast love.” It talks of a love that transcends emotions and reveals itself in action. It refers to an ongoing commitment motivated by love, regardless of the circumstances. Ruth may be an excellent example of this in the Bible. She remained devoted to her mother-in-law and treated her like her own. Sameway, Queen Esther’s love for her people and land was evident in her brave deeds, demonstrating her loyalty to them and God. She risked her life to plead with the King for the release of Jews out of loyalty and love. # How loyal are you to Jesus?# He sacrificed His life for you, rescuing you from the clutches of sin and Satan.# Now is the time to demonstrate your loyalty out of love and live as a witness for Him in this world.# Do not be afraid to be brave in following and proclaiming Godly principles in your life.# God will continue to lead and bless you because He loves you and is loyal to His children. Prayer: Lord Jesus, Please protect me with your loyal love and keep me safe. Please help me to be loyal like you all through my life situations. Amen.
