Sunday, 3 December 2023 Today’s Word of Hope:And without faith, it is impossible to please God because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. Hebrews 11:6 (NIV) # Faith is the most critical factor in pleasing God.# Genuine faith inspires activity that shows godliness.# God is overjoyed with such individuals. # Do you have faith in Jesus?# Examine your daily thoughts and activities to determine if they reflect your faith so others can see and believe. # God saw Abraham’s faith as righteousness and honored him with the role of father of believers.# We read about powerful men and women of God from many areas of life as examples of faith throughout the Bible. # Jesus is the author and finisher of faith.# One of the spiritual gifts promised by the Holy Spirit is faith.# If you are having difficulty in your faith, come to Jesus as you are and ask Him to strengthen your faith. # Intentionally put your faith into action, and begin practicing taking steps of faith.# Such actions will help you grow in your faith life. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me grow in my faith and live a life that pleases you. Amen
