Thursday, 12 September 2024 Today’s Word of Hope:Wealth from get-rich-quick schemes quickly disappears; wealth from hard work grows over time. Proverbs 13:11 (NLT) Get-rich-quick schemes often prey on people’s desire to attain wealth rapidly, promising quick and substantial returns. However, these schemes usually lack genuine ethics and values. Frequently, the wealth accumulated through such schemes comes at the expense of hard-earned money from innocent individuals, causing them emotional distress and financial hardship. Therefore, it’s important to avoid becoming involved in these schemes and instead focus on sincere and diligent work. By doing so, you will earn the admiration and respect of others, as well as your own peace of mind. God blesses the hands of those who are sincere in their work, and He can bless you if you work hard. Wealth accumulated through hard work will multiply and be a blessing to your generation. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me avoid get-rich-quick schemes and focus on working sincerely with the opportunities you provide. Amen.
