Wednesday, 14 August 2024 Today’s Word of Hope:Offer right sacrifices, and put your trust in the LORD. Psalm 4:5 (ESV) When we bring offerings or sacrifices, people usually see the quantity and its value. But God looks at our attitude and heart’s intention before accepting it. Sacrifices become irrelevant if they are not acceptable to God, irrespective of their value. Don’t offer sacrifices for the sake of appearances, to prove your status, to show off, or to bargain with God. Instead, give offerings or sacrifices out of genuine love for God. Let your gratefulness for His mercies and love be shown through thank offerings. Offer them sincerely and continue to trust in His mercies. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me offer my sacrifices with the right attitude and not impress others around me. Amen.
