Psalm 4:1 (NKJV) * Stress is a leading cause of many fatal diseases and is common in everyone’s life. * Therefore, stress-relieving medications and therapies have become a global industry. * But there is a simple answer in Christ Jesus that doesn’t cost any money. * The Bible says, “Give your burdens to the Lord, and He will give you rest.” * Spending time with Jesus and pouring your anguish on Him will provide much-needed relief. * He will grant you His peace, alleviating you of your stress. Prayer: Please relieve my stress, Lord Jesus. Amen.
