Friday, 26 May 2023 Today’s Word of Hope:Do not despise the chastening of the LORD. Hebrews 12:5 (NKJV) * God, your compassionate father, will not hesitate to discipline you if you lack discipline and obedience.* He will treat you fairly by His moral standards since He is impartial and upright.* His discipline is an outward manifestation of His affection because He does not want you to perish with Satan. * You can deceive humans, but not God.* He observes you, your thoughts, and your actions with concern.* You cannot hide anything from Him.* Therefore, you should not be disturbed if you are punished.* Do not disregard His chastening.* Instead, be submissive before Him, take corrective action in accordance with His expectations, and remain faithful to Him.* Then, you will see God’s hand guiding and blessing you at every step of your life. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please give me the strength to follow your rules and live as you want me to. Amen.
