Thursday, 1 February 2024 Today’s Word of Hope:All who despise you will bow down at your feet and will call you the City of the LORD, Zion of the Holy One of Israel. Isaiah 60:14 (NIV) - Feeling despised by your own family members and peers is undoubtedly a difficult and painful experience to go through. - Are you going through such challenging times in life?- Are you desperately seeking relief or for someone who will understand your feelings and value you for who you are? - The good news is Jesus loves you and values you and your worth.- You are more precious to Him than rubies.- Seek refuge in the Lord whenever you feel bad about being despised or abusive moments.- God can help you overcome your negative feelings and fill you with hope and confidence for a bright future. - It may be hard to believe, but in a short time, you will see the entire situation changing in your favor.- Those who once detracted from you will recognize you as a child of God endowed with His favor.- You will be considered the city of the Lord and will start respecting you.- This change may come in unexpected ways, but trust that it will happen. - It may not be visible to your eyes now, but the Lord has a plan for you.- So, keep trusting Him and wait for His timing. Prayer: Dear Lord Jesus, please bless me in front of everyone who despises me. Help me have the strength to overcome this situation and trust in Your plan for me. Amen.
