THE SPIRIT OF A MAN IS THE LAMP OF THE LORD.

“Proverbs 20:27 (NKJV) As human beings, we are made up of flesh and have a spirit within us. Our spirit is given to us by God and is connected to our emotions. When our spirit leaves our body, we are pronounced dead. According to the Bible, when we accept Jesus as our savior, He dwells within us as a spirit and works to transform our inner nature. This spiritual transformation allows us to exhibit godly qualities in our physical lives. It guides our daily walk and helps us recognize areas where we may need to improve. We must prioritize our spiritual well-being to experience the benefits of good health and success in our physical lives. Spending adequate time with God is the key to our transformation. Let us pray: Dear Lord Jesus, please help me spend more time with you and be transformed in your likeness. Amen.Monday, 8 May 2023 Today's Word of Hope:The thing comes from the LORD. Genesis 24:50 (NKJV) * Even before you were formed in your mother's womb, God created you and chose you for Himself.* Whatever God has in store for each of us will unfold in its own time, and it will be beautiful and wonderful for us.* According to the Holy Bible, no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for people who love him.* Tell the Lord whatever you consider to be your needs now and in the future.* He lavishly and abundantly provides for all according to His will and purpose. * Sometimes, you'll get it even before you ask.* Other times, you may have to wait a while.* You can avoid disappointments if you understand how God sees and operates in your life.* So don't be annoyed, agitated, or upset.* Avoid being hasty.* Don't compare your past blessings or the blessings of others to your current situation. * Don't be like the Israelites, who kept thinking about Egypt's cucumbers, melons, leeks, onions, and garlic even after God freed them from slavery.* Instead, meditate on God's promises and express gratitude to Him by trusting them.* When you experience and enjoy His benefits, you will undoubtedly recognize God's magnificence and declare, "It is from the Lord." Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me wait patiently for your time, so I enjoy your entire bounty with peace and happiness. Amen”
