Romans 16:20 (NLT) * The devil’s primary objective is to disrupt the peace in the lives of God’s children.* He is the father of lies and will do anything to disrupt your peace. * Jesus, on the other hand, promised His peace that surpasses understanding.* This is a potent weapon He has given us to combat the enemy’s evil schemes. * Have no fear of Satan.* Through Jesus Christ, you have complete authority and power over him.* He is a defeated adversary who employs various deceptions to threaten and deceive God’s children. * Recognize his intentions.* He has no control over you because Jesus crushed him on the cross.* With the help of the Holy Spirit, you can defeat him.* May the God of peace rule your thoughts. Prayer: Dear Lord Jesus, please help me to recognize the enemy’s traps and to defeat him with your peace and power. Amen.
