Tuesday, 18 July 2023 Today’s Word of Hope:You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. Isaiah 26:3 (NIV) * Are you struggling in life without proper peace of mind?* The Holy Bible calls Jesus the prince of peace.* Jesus promised His peace to all who follow His ways. The New Testament contains a beautiful account of Jesus calming the storm. One day, Jesus and His disciples set sail across the Sea of Galilee in a boat. All of a sudden, there was a violent storm causing the waves to crash and making the disciples fear for their lives. Desperate for help, the disciples woke Him, saying, “Lord, save us! We are going to drown!” Jesus responded by rebuking the winds and the waves, and immediately there was a great calm. The storm ceased, and the waters grew calm. The disciples’ initial panic and fear were replaced with peace. * Just as Jesus calmed the storm for His disciples, He also desires to bring peace to your lives.* You can experience His perfect peace that exceeds all understanding by keeping your focus continually fixed on Him and trusting in His faithfulness.* He is your anchor, rock, and source of unshakeable peace.* Trust God, and enjoy this perfect peace in your life. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please give me this precious gift of perfect peace in my life permanently. Amen.
