Tuesday, 9 April 2024 Today’s Word of Hope:I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty. John 6:35 (NIV) Bread is a staple food in most parts of the world. Bread and water can sustain a person for a long time. However, there is another kind of bread that is even more important, and that is Jesus, who said that He is the bread of life. Jesus came to give us life, and when we have Him in our lives, He will nourish our souls and strengthen our bodies. He provides all the necessary nutrients for our soul, such as love, forgiveness, and peace, and we will never be hungry or thirsty again. When you have Jesus in your life, He will also fulfill your emotional needs and desires. He will be your comforter when you are in pain, your counselor when you need advice, and your friend when you need someone to talk to. He will never leave you nor forsake you, and you can always count on Him to be there for you. Prayer: Dear Lord Jesus, I need you in my life permanently. Please come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior. Amen.
