Friday, 5 April 2024 Today’s Word of Hope:I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life. John 8:12 (NIV). Light is an essential aspect of life. It is as crucial as oxygen, which is necessary for respiration. Without light, it is impossible for any living being to survive. Light is the source of energy for most living organisms and plays a crucial role in regulating our biological clocks and circadian rhythms. Similarly, in our spiritual life also, light is vital. However, this light cannot originate from the physical realm. We need a spiritual light that can only come from a higher power, and the good news is that Jesus is the light we need. He is a light that can guide us in our darkest moments and provide us with the clarity we need to navigate through life’s challenges. Therefore, if you follow Jesus, you will always walk in the light, and the darkness will never overpower you. You will begin to reflect the light of Jesus and shine like stars. You will live a life of purpose and meaning and inspire others to do the same. You will become a beacon of hope and positivity, spreading love and kindness wherever you go. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please give me the grace to walk in your light and be a blessing to others. Amen.
