Tuesday, 17 October 2023 Today’s Word of Hope:Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves. Philippians 2:3 (NIV) The world we live in is very selfish. It is rare to find selfless people. However, Jesus demonstrated a selfless life and inspired us to be like Him. The story of the Good Samaritan in the Bible is another inspiration to be selfless. When he saw the wounded man on the roadside, he set aside his priorities and immediately extended a caring hand. He took time to carry the wounded man to the inn for further treatment and even contributed money to cover the costs. How about you? # Demonstrate this Godly nature in this world to draw more people towards Jesus. # May your life challenge o thers to follow Christ. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me to value others above myself and demonstrate your selfless nature. Amen.
