Monday, 30 December 2024 Today’s Word of Hope:Do you see any truly competent workers? They will serve kings rather than working for ordinary people. Proverbs 22:29 (NLT) Competence is essential in today’s competitive market. However, true competence comes from our skills and the wisdom and support we receive from God. When we seek God’s help, we cultivate a mindset that encourages growth and openness to learning and improvement. In times of struggle or self-doubt, we should look to God, who promises to walk alongside us, providing the encouragement and strength we need to persevere. Furthermore, when we align our skills with God’s purpose, we can significantly impact our communities and the lives of those around us. God’s guidance can inspire us to use our talents to uplift others, promoting unity and a shared sense of responsibility. Ultimately, with God at the center of our efforts, we can achieve our goals and become instruments of love and hope in the world. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me become competent in fulfilling Your purpose in this world. Amen.
