Wednesday, 7 August 2024 Today’s Word of Hope:The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still. Exodus 14:14 (NIV). Are you feeling stranded because of the oppression from your enemies? Do you feel trapped by their snares and locked in on all sides?Are you questioning where God is in this moment of despair and what He is doing instead of coming to your rescue?Are you feeling overwhelmed, with the enemies seemingly having the upper hand as you struggle with their afflictions, wounds, and hurts? Don’t lose heart or give up. This is a temporary phase that the Lord has allowed in your life. He is listening to your cries and will fight the battle for you. He has promised not to forsake you. You are not alone. Just hold on to your faith in Him. Don’t retaliate in the physical realm. Instead, surrender everything into God’s hands and BE STILL. The battle belongs to the Lord, and victory is yours. He will turn your mourning into dancing. Prayer: Lord Jesus, I surrender all my conflicts and afflictions into your hands. Please fight the battle for me. Amen.
