Tuesday, 14 May 2024 Today’s Word of Hope:Because Jesus experienced temptation when He suffered, He is able to help others when they are tempted. Hebrews 2:18 NIV Temptation is a powerful weapon used by Satan to derail God’s children. No one can escape temptations in this world. Temptations come in different dimensions at different times and from unexpected directions. Yielding to temptation leads to sin, and the wages of sin are death. Therefore, it is important to take temptation seriously. However, the good news is Jesus. Since He Himself was tempted, He is willing to help anyone to overcome temptation. Jesus overcame temptations and, therefore, is willing to give the victory formula to all those who seek His help. Are you struggling to overcome temptations in your life? If so, try Jesus. He will help you to be an overcomer. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me to overcome my temptations and to be victorious in life. Amen.
