Sunday, 25 February 2024 Today’s Word of Hope:God will make this happen, for he who calls you is faithful.1 Thessalonians 5:24 (NLT) God’s faithfulness is a cornerstone of Christian belief. It means that God always keeps His promises and is steadfast in His love and care for His people. Throughout history, God has shown His faithfulness time and time again, even when humanity has been faithless. One of the most significant examples of God’s faithfulness is His covenant with Abraham. God promised to make Abraham the Father of many nations and remained faithful to His promise. The same happened with the Israelites, whom God delivered from slavery in Egypt and led to the Promised Land despite their many failings and disobedience. In the New Testament, we see God’s faithfulness in the person of Jesus Christ. Through His life, death, and resurrection, Jesus fulfilled God’s plan of salvation for all humanity. And even now, Jesus continues to be faithful to us, interceding for us before the Father and offering us His grace and forgiveness. * As God’s child, you can trust in His faithfulness.* He has promised to always be with you and to work all things together for our good.* Even amid trials and difficulties, you can rest assured that God is faithful and will see you through. Prayer: Lord Jesus, Thank you for your faithfulness. Please help me be faithful to you throughout my life. Amen.
