Sunday, 5 February 2023 Today’s Word of Hope:The generation of the upright will be blessed. Psalm 112:2 (NIV) * Are you concerned about the future of your children?* Are you disappointed that you could not offer your children and grandchildren a substantial inheritance? * As parents, such concerns are normal.* However, your anxiety will never improve the situation and will only harm your health. * Instead of being anxious, focus on the following.* Place your children and their future in the hands of God.* Do your best to instruct and enable them to follow God’s ways.* Be a living example of godly behavior so that your children can learn from your example and emulate it. * When you live a righteous life, God will see your uprightness and pour blessings on them.* Your righteous living will be a significant investment and inheritance you leave for your children.* Your children will be like olive shoots around your table. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me to live a righteous life. Amen.
