Saturday, 20 January 2024 Today’s Word of Hope:Don’t let evil conquer you, but conquer evil by doing good. Romans 12:21 (NLT) The world often responds to conflict with vengeance, but The Holy Bible teaches us to be kind to our enemies. It says that if our enemy is hungry, we should give them food, and if they’re thirsty, we should give them water to drink. - Although we cannot control how others treat us, with God’s help, we can manage our emotions, and navigate through those challenging situations graciously.- Jesus came to show us that God’s love and forgiveness are for everyone, and He’s still looking for people who will demonstrate the same qualities.- Therefore, instead of seeking revenge on others, we should strive to show God’s love and forgiveness. - Will you be that person? Prayer: Dear Lord Jesus, please grant me the strength and grace to conquer evil with good. Amen.
