Monday, 26 December 2022 Today’s Word of Hope:Devote yourselves to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart.Colossians 4:2 (NLT) * Communication with God is prayer.* So, real prayer cannot be for the namesake.* Reading out written or memorized content as part of a routine cannot be a genuine emotional expression from the heart.* The words you use should be intentional with an alert mind. * Communication (prayer) shouldn’t be out of compulsion; rather, it should be out of gratitude and trust. * Check your time and frequency of prayer.* Make conscious corrections so that your prayer time will be an intimate conversation with the Lord Jesus. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please bless my prayer time to be alert and out of gratitude and trust Amen.
