Galatians 6:2 (NIV) Being thoughtful about others and their needs is another noble quality for a child of God. The statement ‘God cares for us’ gives readers immense assurance and comfort. Yes, we all need the assurance of being cared for by God and others. In the same way, we should also care for others. When we read the story of Ruth and Naomi, we could read how each of them was thoughtful of others’ needs. When Naomi decides to return to her native country, she is thoughtful about Ruth and her future. On the other hand, Ruth opted not to abandon her elderly mother-in-law. She remained committed to being with her and caring for her. Being thoughtful demands a selfless mindset. A good leader and God’s child will be mindful of the team members and others around them. Start practicing being considerate in all you do. You will undoubtedly notice an inner transformation. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me be thoughtful and care for others. Amen.
