Sunday, 16 April 2023 Today’s Word of Hope:You shall be a blessing. Genesis 12:2 (NKJV) * Are you lamenting that you are not blessed like many others?* Are you comparing your status and wealth to others and feeling inferior? * Don’t compare and crib.* God desires to bless His Children.* But there is a condition. * As a child of God, you are chosen to represent Jesus in this world.* You cannot seek His blessings purely for selfish reasons.* Commit yourself to being a blessing to others in all possible ways.* Give, and it shall be given to you, says the Holy Bible. * Give your time, skill, money, and other resources to those in need.* Sometimes, that needy person may be your colleague, neighbor, or family member.* Be sensitive to the problems of others.* Blessing others includes a word of encouragement, enquiring about their well-being, giving a smile, a helping hand, sharing your food and money, and so on. * Whatever you can do to assist others in overcoming their difficulties, do it from the heart.* Jesus, who watches over you, will recognize your loyalty.* Then He will bless you more, and you shall continue to be a blessing to others. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please bless me abundantly and make me a blessing to others. Amen.
